MOHD NASIR BIN MD SAAD

Mohd Nasir bin Md Saad joined PROLINTAS in January 2024 as the Head of Group Internal Audit.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Strategic Management from the University of Technology, Malaysia (UTM) and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

His long-accumulated experience in the areas of Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Corporate Governance were mostly acquired from reputable public listed companies across various industries, including plantation, milling, construction, engineering, asset facilities management, property development, hotel management, trading, MRO services, and banking. 

Over his 25-year career, he had served leadership roles in notable companies such as Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad, Zelan Berhad, MK Land Holdings Berhad, and Destini Berhad.
