TS. NOOR HASLINDA BINTI HAMDAN

Ts. Noor Haslinda Hamdan is a professional in the field of civil engineering, specializing in the maintenance and management of expressways. In 2020, she joined PROLINTAS as the Senior Manager of the Civil & Structure Department, showcasing her expertise and dedication to her craft. She was subsequently promoted to the position of General Manager in the Civil & Structure Engineering Division in 2024.

An alumnus of the prestigious University of Malaya, Puan Noor Haslinda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a recognized member of the Board of Engineering Malaysia. Her accreditation as a Professional Technologist is a testament to her unparalleled expertise and dedication to pushing the boundaries of excellence in her field.

Before her successful stint at PROLINTAS, Ts. Noor Haslinda carved a niche for herself during an impressive 15-year tenure at PLUS Expressway Berhad. Today, she leads the charge at PROLINTAS, overseeing the Civil & Structure Engineering team across all six highways, steering her team towards new heights of engineering prowess and operational efficiency.
