NURDIANA BINTI KAMARUDIN

Nurdiana boasts an impressive 14-year track record in the field of corporate secretarial and corporate governance. Her expertise extends across a diverse range of industries, encompassing both public (unlisted and listed) companies as well as private limited companies. Before joining PROLINTAS in June 2021, she gained invaluable experience in sectors such as plantation and banking.

She holds a Company Secretary License, which has been issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM). This license is further complemented by a valid practising certificate, duly approved by the CCM. With her extensive experience and professional qualifications, Nurdiana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at PROLINTAS.
