MOHAMAD AZLAN BIN MOHAMAD ALAM

Mohamad Azlan bin Mohamad Alam joined Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd in August 2022 as General Manager of the Finance Division. He graduated with honours in 1991 from the University of Technology MARA with a Bachelor in Accountancy degree and in 1995 became Chartered Accountant (Malaysia).

He became an Associate of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of United Kingdom and Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant of United Kingdom in 2001. Trained as a Chartered Accountant with Messrs. Coopers & Lybrand Malaysia (currently known as PWC Malaysia) for 5 years until 1996, he then pursued his career in various managerial capacities, that includes Manager, Finance and Administration cum Company Secretary, Vice President Finance and Administration, Islamic Banking Division, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Group Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for 24 years within stockbroking, banking and financial conglomerate sectors.

Amongst his area of expertise are financial reporting, management and strategy, project management and governance and transformation.
