Dato’ Idris Bin Kechot, a Malaysian, was appointed as the Chairman of PROLINTAS Group of Companies on 30 November 2020. 

Dato’ Idris was formerly the Deputy President and Group Chief Operating Officer of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) before retiring on 31 December 2018. Prior to that, he was the designated investment manager for the unit trust funds and Executive Director of ASNB. He has more than 30 years of experience in equity evaluation, equity trading and portfolio management of the proprietary and unit trust portfolios. He began his career as a research analyst with PNB in 1983 undertaking industry and sectorial research and has carved an illustrious career with PNB.

He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kumpulan FIMA Berhad.

Dato’ Idris holds a Bachelor of Science (Agribusiness), Universiti Pertanian Malaysia and a Master of Business Administration majoring in Finance, University of Stirling, United Kingdom.

Encik Mohd Kamil bin Ibrahim serves as Group Head, Private Markets at Permodalan Nasional Berha (“PNB”), where he oversees Global Fund Investments, Direct Investments, and Infrastructure Investments. As of 31 December 2024, the Private Markets team manages an investment portfolio of approximately RM18 billion in private equity and infrastructure.

Previously, in his role within Global Real Estate and Funds Investment, he was instrumental in developing the Real Estate Investment Framework and later led the deployment of global real estate investments for PNB Group, which now constitute nearly half of its real estate portfolio.

Prior to that, Encik Mohd Kamil held various roles in the Office of President & Group Chief Executive and Investment Research of PNB. Encik Mohd Kamil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southampton.

He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and has attended the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

Encik Mohd Azmir bin Mohd Jani, a Malaysian, was appointed as a Director on 15 January 2026. He is a member of the Board Audit Committee and Project Monitoring Committee.

Encik Azmir currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer (“CRO”) at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), where he leads the implementation of enterprise-wide risk management. His career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia, where he spent 4 years in Assurance Services. Encik Azmir then served in various roles at PNB, including Internal Audit, the Office of President & Group Chief Executive, and as Head of Corporate Strategy, giving him extensive exposure to executive decision making and strategic oversight.

Encik Azmir holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”).

En. Abdullah is currently serving as a Director on the Board of Johor Plantations Group Berhad, Al-'Aqar Healthcare REIT, Al-Salam Real Estate Investment Trust and JLG REIT Managers Sdn Bhd.

He began his career with KPMG Malaysia from 1988 to 2020. In 1993, he was seconded for two years to KPMG London to focus on the financial services sector. He served as a Partner in the Audit Division from 1997 until his retirement in 2020. He also served as a member of EACC for KPMG Malaysia from 2014 to 2018.

He has over 32 years of experience servicing clients from various industries and large multinational companies. This includes companies in oil and gas, banking and finance, construction and property development, hotel and hospitality, palm oil plantation, manufacturing, and trading sectors.

In addition to external audit, En. Abdullah has significant experience in reviews of prospective financial information for purposes of initial public offerings, rights issues and bond issues. He has led many audit assignments in financial due diligence reviews on behalf of acquirers.

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, United States. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, California, United States. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
